Alfa Romeo showed the Cuorerosso concept at the Stellantis "The Night Before" event in Paris, ahead of the Paris Motor Show (12–18 October 2026). It is a 2+2 coupé, 4,700 mm long, and Alfa Romeo describes it as a manifesto for the brand's next design language rather than a preview of a production model.

What Alfa Romeo says it is
- A multi-energy future. The concept points to a line-up with full-electric, plug-in hybrid, mild-hybrid and full-hybrid versions, in models up to 4.7 metres long, with room for Quadrifoglio versions. The 2.9 V6 full-hybrid with Q4 all-wheel drive, a torque converter and a carbon-fibre driveshaft is described as how "the epitome of performance can be imagined".
- "Bellezza Necessaria". The design philosophy of removing the superfluous. The designers moved from sketches to a three-dimensional "single block" after one or two weeks and sculpted the car without wheels, glazing or details first.
- Aerodynamics. The 0.28 Cx comes from an uninterrupted body, the Coda Tronca (truncated tail) and a low diffuser built into the bodywork.

Design and technology
The front keeps the Scudetto and the Trilobo, with a grille of small backlit triangular elements. The rear window is shaped like the Scudetto. The door handles are gone: the doors open with a touch control on the roof, and the rear doors open against the direction of travel.
Inside, a lengthened centre console and four individual seats envelop the occupants. The instrument cluster, the Cannocchiale Vivente, has two configurations: "Immersivo" keeps two separate elements, while in "Concentrato" they physically merge into one. The car uses steer-by-wire steering, and a "Magma Display" on the central tunnel combines a touch surface with a rotary dial and toggle controls. Alfa Romeo notes the technology could be developed further within Stellantis' STLA SmartCockpit.

Materials
The red is a combination of a fine aluminium base and a coloured transparent layer; the paint turns black as the viewing angle changes. The interior uses Poltrona Frau nubuck, a regenerated leather containing 60% post-industrial waste, a monofilament fabric developed with Luna Rossa for the dashboard, and recycled carbon fibre combined with red resins. A removable bag is built into the passenger side of the dashboard.
What is not given
Alfa Romeo does not give a power output, battery size, range or production plans. The V6 is described as a possibility, and the car is explicitly not a preview of a single production model.
